Returns & Exchanges

At Heavenly Feet, we want you to walk with confidence and comfort; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Carefully place the unworn footwear back into its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local authorized courier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
